Nutrition Guidance:

 As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I am constantly building nutrition recommendations and plans. Having the knowledge of what is required to reach your goals is most of the battle. When it comes to food, sometimes the information can be hard to manage as we navigate our every day lives and families. The services I provide help alleviate some of the guesswork in meal planning and provide specific substitutions that are more nutritionally in line with your intended outcome. As always, my motto is small sustainable shifts that will be easily maintainable over time. Again, this is a marathon, not a sprint.

As someone living with celiac disease, I understand dietary restrictions and adherence well, and aim to help people with their own food needs and preferences.
