Programming
The fitness programming I offer varies by the client, but always contains certain components. Mobility and flexibility are incredibly important when preventing and correcting muscle imbalances/injuries, so they are always included as a program element.
In addition to mobility and flexibility, there is a cardio component, as well as resistance training. Resistance training offers strength and superficial physical benefits, but also plays a role in promoting bone strength and density.
Programming is custom tailored to each individual (which means some elements may be absent based on limitations), but can include boxing/punching bag work, non traditional low impact cardio - such as sleds and battle ropes, TRX, and resistance and body weight training.
