Mission

As a stay at home parent for the better part of 7 years, I quickly discovered I needed an outlet of my own. That’s when my relationship with fitness really evolved past exercising to stay healthy. People started asking questions, and that’s when my gears started turning… I could do something I love and help people in the process. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist, I am well-equipped to help all walks of people meet and exceed their fitness goals, and that’s exactly what I set out to do.

As someone who values holistic health - treating the entire person rather than just the problem, I focus on nutritional health, physical fitness, creating healthy habits and behaviors, as well as recovery and mindfulness. I am here to help you get in touch with yourself, and rise to the occasion of your personal health journey.

Goals

My main goal is to help you make attainable goals and meet them, with bigger end goals in mind. The process of becoming healthy through fitness should be the primary focus above the end result, as this is an ever evolving journey.

I succeed when you succeed, so if I do my job well, you will see results and be equipped with the tools to make them last.

01.

Gain insight into your specific need and help to create goals and benchmarks for success.

02.

Walk alongside you as you set out on your fitness journey with customized programming fit to propel you toward your goals.

03.

Educate and encourage through informative meetings and check-ins with specific nutrition information and accountability.

04.

Be your biggest support and cheerleader as you CRUSH every barrier in your way and leap over your targets.

History & Approach

As a self-made (from home with workout videos) fitness guru, I was inspiring people around me to engage in healthier habits, even if the most important thing they did that day was housework and keep tiny people alive. I knew there was a niche for the stay at home parent, and the working parent alike, as well as the singles who were uneducated on fitness and needed help. When I decided to become credentialed, I could never comprehend how valuable my work would become to me and those around me.

Diet and exercise go far beyond a six pack and body fat percentage. Exercise can help us feel better and give us more energy, opening up the possibilities around us. When we feel good, we are more apt to make better personal choices and be happier overall. Specializing in women’s health (including prenatal and postnatal) and injury recovery, I have made it my goal to help people in unique situations find a bridge to fitness, all while making their diet and habits work for their lifestyle.

While having the professional qualifications is important, having experienced these things myself has been integral in relating to my clients and providing them the best programming for their individualized needs.
